Beginner Acrylic Class

Treat yourself to a relaxing painting session at SCAHC with SuzAnne Pacala. This class is designed for the novice painter – even if you’ve never painted before, you will be able to complete a summer-themed painting inspired by the California-based artist, Wayne Thiebaud. His love of simple themes, shapes, and colors will inspire you to create an 11×14 canvas – all the materials will be provided. SuzAnne’s classes are relaxing and fun, with step-by-step instruction. This is not a typical “paint and sip” style class, as each painting is as individual as the artist who creates it!
A smock or apron is suggested, and if you prefer, feel free to bring your own paint and brushes. Here’s your opportunity to learn some new skills to try all summer long!
