LOTS OF HALLOWEEN FUN GOING ON IN FRANKLIN!! Saturday October 26th join us for Recreations Halloween Parade at noon. Then head over to the school for the Franklin PTO TRUNK OR TREAT at 1pm. After that head on down to firemen’s park (weather permitting, inside firemans hall if cold/rainy) for Recreations town HALLOWEEN PARTY!!!
