Holiday Event at Lusscroft

Love exploring old buildings?  This annual benefit event at Lusscroft features three historic buildings open to the public for this event – The Cottage, the Manor House and the Carriage House.

The Cottage, formerly known as the Manager’s Dwelling, has been completely repainted inside and all three floors of this 19th Century home are filled with holiday themed items and decorations for sale. Get in the holiday spirit shopping in this charming cottage, artfully displaying items in the nooks and crannies of this quaint building. As an extra bonus, the ground floor has a Bake Sale in the kitchen and a Holiday Bargain Room in the living room. The Carriage House will be filled with unique vendors and talented crafters for your shopping pleasure. The Lusscroft Manor House, dating to the early 1900’s, is festively decorated and welcomes visitors to explore both floors of this fascinating home. Relax and enjoy the live music of the Skylands Dulcimer String Band in front of the massive fireplace, take pictures on the beautiful spiral staircase, learn about Lusscroft history in the history rooms, and enjoy the model train room – a family favorite!  Food trucks will be onsite, so bring your appetite!

Admission to the Manor House is $5.00 per adult, kids are free. There is no admission to the other buildings. Funds raised go to restoration of the buildings and grounds at Lusscroft.
