Lobster Day at the Farm Market

Sunday, August 14 is Lobster Day. Cousins Maine lobster Food Truck will be in the Farmers Market from 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Come early as Cousins draws a huge crowd and they always sell out.

HISTORY of Cousins Maine Lobster
In 2016, Shark Tank producers had been part of the many customers that heard about the store, tried the food and seen the craze. Although they did not know it at the time, Shark Tank producers had been regular patrons at the truck in the very early weeks. They were asked by the producers to go through the process of being on the show. With less than a month’s worth of sales under their belt, a very youthful company, with no proven sales and a complete unknown of the business, Cousins actually turned down the show… not once, but twice. As they gained a couple months of business, the opportunity to get on Shark Tank never truly disappeared. And with a bit more confidence as time went on and a helpful call from an executive producer, Cousins thought that all of the stars were aligning and finally took the plunge.

And at the end of the wild ride in the Tank, Cousins came out hand in hand with Barbara. Barbara put Cousins Maine Lobster in the spotlight, presented new marketing options and shared savvy business advice and growth ideas. Cousins Maine Lobster now has 20 Lobster trucks in 13 cities, over 100 employees and ships directly to homes.
