New Jersey State Fair – 2023

The 2023 Fair is from Friday August 4th to Saturday August 12th

Hours:

• The Fair opens at 5pm on first Friday August 4th and is open until 10 pm
• Weekend hours are from 10 am – 10 pm
• Weekday hours are from 12pm – 10 pm

The parking is always free!
Open rain or shine!

2023 Regular Admission Tickets

• Adults (13-59)- $15.00
• Veterans/Active Military – $7.00
• Child (6-12) – $5.00
• Seniors (60+) – $10.00

(Online Advance Sales end on August 3 @ 11:55 pm)

• Child (6-12) – $4.00
• Senior (60+) – $5.00
• VIP 9 Day Pass Book – $80.00 – (single or multiple use)

Children’s Day: Tuesday, August 8 (ages 6-12) $4.00 – Sensory Friendly hours will be from 12 pm – 2 pm

Celebrate America Day: Wednesday, August 9

• Adult (13-59)- $10.00
• Child (6-12) – $4.00
• Veterans, active military, first responders: Free with ID

Senior Day (60+) Day: Thursday, August 10  $4.00

Evenings after 7:30 pm: Adult $10.00, Veterans $5.00

Additional Tickets and Special Events

Demo Derby: August 6th and August 7th
(price does not include required fair admission)

• Reserved Seating – $15.00
• General Admission – $13.00

Carnival Mega Pass: These tickets include one day’s admission to the fair and Carnival rides ALL DAY (noon-closing). They must be purchased by August 3, 11:55 pm.

• Adult (13 & up) – $30
• Child (6-12) – $25

Height Requirements for Rides vary by ride.
Monster Truck Show: August 8th and August 9th
(price does not include required fair admission)

• Reserved Seating – $16 Adult, $11 Child (6-12)
• General Admission – $10

Easy Ways to Save on Admission

Live outside of Sussex County? Buy your tickets online and save $5 on adult tickets. Tickets are good for any one day. Just check the cutoff date under ticket information.

Carnival Savings

THE CARNIVAL OPENS AT NOON EVERY DAY

MEGAPASSES: admission and a ride bracelet any day you choose, from carnival opening to closing!  Adults- $30 [13+], Children- $25 [6-12] Available online until August 3 @ 11:55 pm

Carnival Specials (Pay One Price [POP] wristband options) available in the carnival area that day – Admission Not Included

• Friday, August 4: DOLLAR DAY FOR RIDES  5 P.M. TO CLOSING  all rides $1, $10 strip of 10 tickets minimum
• POP: Monday, August 7, Noon to closing, $30
• POP: Tuesday, August 8, Noon to 6 pm, $25
• POP: Wednesday, August 9, Noon to 6 p.m., $25
• POP: Thursday, August 10, Noon to 6 pm, $25
