New Jersey State Fair – 2024

The 2024 Fair is from Friday August 2nd to Saturday August 10th

Hours:

• The Fair opens at 5 pm on the first Friday, August 2nd, and is open until 10 pm
• Weekend hours are from 10 am – 10 pm
• Weekday hours are from 12 pm – 10 pm

The parking is always free! Open rain or shine! The Fair is a smoke-free environment.

2024 Regular Admission Tickets

(Prices starting August 2, 2024, @ 5 pm. Available at the gate or online!)

• Adults (13-59)- $15.00
• Veterans/Active Military – $7.00
• Child (6-12) – $5.00
• Seniors (60+) – $10.00

2024 Advance Admission Tickets

(Online Advance Sales end on August 1 @ 11:55 pm. No Exceptions!)

• Adult (13-59) – $12.00
• Child (6-12) – $4.00
• Senior (60+) – $8.00
• VIP 9-Day Pass – $80.00

Children’s Day: Tuesday, August 6th, Children (6-12) $4.00, Sensory Friendly Hours in the Carnival from 12-2

Military/Veterans and First Responders Day: Wednesday, August 7th

Veterans, active military, and first responders: Free with ID

Senior Day: Thursday, August 8th, Seniors (60+) – $4.00

Evenings after 7:30 pm: Adult $10.00, Veterans $5.00

Demo Derby – August 4 and August 5
(price does not include required fair admission)

• Reserved Seating – $15.00
• General Admission – $13.00

Monster Truck Show – August 6 and August 7
(price does not include required fair admission)

• Reserved Seating – $16 Adult, $11 Child (6-12)
• General Admission – $13

Carnival Mega Pass – These tickets include one day’s admission to the fair and Carnival rides ALL DAY (noon-closing on weekdays, 10 am-closing on weekends). They must be purchased by August 1, 11:55 pm. No exceptions.

• Adult (13 & up) – $33
• Child (6-12) – $28

Height Requirements for Rides vary by ride. Please remember that not all of the rides listed by Reithoffer Shows will be present.

Carnival Savings 
The Carnival opens at noon during the week and at 10 am on weekends.

MEGAPASSES: admission and a ride bracelet any day you choose, from carnival opening to closing!  Adults- $33 [13+], Children- $28 [6-12] Available online until August 1 @ 11:55 pm. Megapasses must be purchased by August 1. No exceptions!

Carnival Specials (Pay One Price [POP] wristband options) available in the carnival area that day – Admission Not Included

• Friday, August 2: DOLLAR DAY FOR RIDES  5 P.M. TO CLOSING  all rides $1, $10 strip of 10 tickets minimum
• POP: Monday, August 5, Noon to closing, $30
• POP: Tuesday, August 6, Noon to 6 pm, $25
• POP: Wednesday, August 7, Noon to 6 pm, $25
• POP: Thursday, August 8, Noon to 6 pm, $25
