The annual Vernal Pools Exploration Walk, led by Kevin Mitchell, will be held on Sunday, April 7th, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm at Lusscroft Farm, 50 Neilson Rd., Wantage. Kevin leads visitors to some of the vernal pools at Lusscroft, and helps them find and learn about the fascinating creatures that live in them. Fun for the whole family!
Meet at 2:00 by the Lusscroft Carriage House. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and boots are recommended. Pre-registration is required. To register, send an email to lusscroftfarm@gmail.com with the number of people in your party. The event is free but donations are always appreciated for Lusscroft restoration. Donations can be given to the day of the event or can be submitted using the Donate button on the website, Lusscroft.org.
