Lusscroft Farm’s Spring Fling!

Join us for the Lusscroft Farm Spring Fling on Saturday, June 7th, from 10 AM to 4 PM at 50 Neilson Road, Wantage, NJ. Enjoy a fun day in a picturesque rural setting filled with unique shopping experiences at various vendor booths. Participate in our Plant Sale to kickstart your garden, explore the Barn Sale with a range of new donations, and visit the Christmas Cottage, which promises to delight shoppers.

If you’re a bird enthusiast, the Avian Wildlife Center will host lectures in the Carriage House, and there will be guided bird walks available for all participants. Take a leisurely stroll around the grounds to learn about New Jersey’s native plants in the new pollinator flower bed created in partnership with the Sussex County Native Plant Society. Photography lovers will appreciate the Lusscroft Photography Contest entries, which will be displayed in the upper Barn.

Tours of the historic Lusscroft Manor House will also be available, allowing visitors to explore this beautiful home, admire the stunning spiral staircase, see Mr. Turner’s office and safe, learn about the ongoing restoration progress, and discover the history of this unique farm, now part of High Point State Park. Don’t forget to grab lunch from one of the food trucks on site!

Admission is $5 for adults aged 18 and older, while children under 18 enter for free. All funds raised will support ongoing restoration efforts at this historic farm. This event is presented by the Heritage and Agriculture Association, Inc., in cooperation with the NJ DEP/Division of Parks and Forestry. https://Lusscroft.org.
