The Sussex County Farm and Horse Show Association oversees the management of the Sussex County Fairgrounds. The Association consists of an Executive Committee and Board of Directors. These individuals donate their time to make policy and serve on committees such as Buildings & Grounds, Finance, and Concessions. In addition, many directors work on divisions at the Fair such as 4-H, Agriculture, Horse Show and Creative Arts for Home & Hobby. The Executive Committee meets monthly and the Board has five meetings annually. The decisions of the Board are carried out by the Fair Manager, who manages daily operations, books events and oversees a small staff.
The Sussex County Farm & Horse Show Association, Inc. is a not for profit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c)(3) organization.
