The ten room Ampersand Inn is located on a 14-acre estate nestled within Kittatinny Valley State Park in Sussex County, New Jersey. Seven rooms are located in the Estate House, & three rooms are in the Carriage House. We are surrounded by the Kittatinny mountains, numerous lakes, state parks, hiking & biking trails, highly acclaimed restaurants, renowned wedding venues, & outstanding musical performances at the Newton Theatre & other local venues.
