The Weekend Bag Program Inc. team would like to welcome back The Hamburg School as the 15th school participating in the program. We look forward to working with you to support your students receiving one of our bags each week.
The Weekend Bag Program a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was an initiative started by Isobel Costello in 2016 then a 14 year old freshman at Newton High School to help her peers who were struggling with juvenile food and hygiene insufficiency. As word got out about her program it quickly grew to more schools. Since graduating and going away to college in 2020, Isobel’s 2 younger sisters Olivia and Magdalen took over running and operating the program.
