Beemerville Orchard
In operation since 1976, Beemerville Orchard is a family-owned farm that grows apples and peaches. If you’re looking for that authentic apple picking experience, their U-PICK season starts on September 9th during normal business hours. Apple picking is a fun family activity to get out in the sun and find a variety of hues and flavors of tasty apples.

Windy Brow Farms
Windy Brow Farms has a rich history. Built on the brow of a ridge, that is where the farm gets its name. In 1920, some of the first fruit trees were planted, and many still stand today! They have a very wide variety of pick-your-own fruits, including berries, peaches, and more. When it comes to their apples, they have many popular ones, apples great for baking, cider making, and more. The orchards are beautiful and bear many apples and are the perfect place for spending time together. On the way out, stop in the farm store and get some tasty apple cider donuts!

Hillcrest Orchard and Dairy
In the heart of Branchville, Hillcrest Orchard and Dairy offers fun apple-picking excursions. Visiting up into the orchards among the trees is definitely an experience. They have a wide variety of different apples, plus you take a hayride to get up to the orchard, which is enjoyable. Not to mention that they have been making their own cheese, which is a hit; you can grab some Jersey Girl Cheese, too! Perhaps you can make a yummy fruit and cheese platter with them both!

Tranquility Farms
Just as the name implies, when you’re here, you feel calm and tranquil. At Tranquility Farms, there are so many fun fall activities that kids and adults can enjoy alike — after heading into the apple trees to grab some of the tastiest apples around! They also make their own delicious homemade ice cream with seasonal flavors. There is quite a lot of fun to be had here. It makes a great day trip for families.

Pochuck Valley Farm
Pochuck Valley Farm has over 2,000 trees that hold different fruits including Peaches, Pears and Apples. Their orchard is a wonderful place to get lost for a little bit and pick some delicious fruit; who could ask for more? Pick your own is open now through October 31st from 7 AM – 4 PM, and don’t forget to check out their farm store to pick up some of their yummy homemade apple cider!
